The staff overall were very friendly and what caught my attention was that my kids did not seem to be a problem with the staff they made them popcorn and gave them snacks which I thought was a good gesture considering my kids can be a handful. Most importantly my sales rep Michael Galante was why we followed through on the lease. Bottom line the guy knew his stuff and that made me comfortable. Thats what sealed the deal for me. More

Shockingly disappointing Contacted East Hills via email asking for a quote. After a series of automated emails a manager and then a salesman reached out to me asking me to com Contacted East Hills via email asking for a quote. After a series of automated emails a manager and then a salesman reached out to me asking me to come in or call them with my requirements. I explained that I could not stop in or speak via phone due to my schedule and wanted a quote via email on a truck I was interested in. I emailed my requirements to both and patiently waited for a response. The manager never replied. The salesman came back several days later with a monthly payment, to which I politely asked for a follow-up with total out of pocket, miles per year, months, final price of the truck, etc.. – all those things a person needs to know before agreeing to a purchase. That email simply went unanswered. To me that’s a signal of games and dishonesty. IF you have nothing to hide, don’t be afraid to put it on paper. So to sum it all up, if you are an internet shopper, keep moving. East Hills does now have time for you! More
