I had a great experience with my first service. I went in for my first oil change and was greeted quickly. I was given the choice of a loaner car, but decided to wait in the service area instead. The wait was not very long and the service area was clean and had many comforts of home. I was able to use my laptop there and also enjoyed coffee and snacks. I had a very positive experience this time around as I did that last lease. I came back to Steve because I knew he would take good care of me. When I got my T&C I had a mechanical problem after the 2nd did that last lease. I came back to Steve because I knew he would take good care of me. Of course I was quite upset about this because the car was not driveable but Steve made the experience which could have been awful quite bearable. Steve is always reachable. If I need to speak to him I can or he gets back to me right away. Any little problems that I've had he has taken care of quick and efficiently. He made my visit very comfortable, and I was very impressed with the immaculate waiting area and snacks were great too! Roger was awesome! I used to hate car dealers because of previous bad experiences purchasing cars. But Roger made me realize not all salesmen are the same. I was shocked when I finally got the keys and did not feel like sueing the place for mental anguish.
