Note only is this dealership a very attractive place to do business, I was impressed with the fact that I received absolutely NO "hard sell" for any additional items when I was looking to lease a new (2010 do business, I was impressed with the fact that I received absolutely NO "hard sell" for any additional items when I was looking to lease a new (2010) Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. I was given a "no nonsense" price on the vehicle, which was considerably less than any other quotes (I had visited 2 other dealers). Mr. Kennedy was pleasant, attentive and knowledegable. I completed all the paperwork beforehand, so my time spent at the dealer when I picked up the vehicle was minimal. I would definitely recommend leasing or purchasing from East Hills Chrysler/Jeep. I was supposed to be shown an AAA price sheet to compare it with the factory invoice. This never happened. 3. Although I did not have the car with me, I was told the trade in value would be around $19,200 but could change with the official appraisal. Well, the car was exactly as I discribed, but the trade in offer was almost 2000 less because they planned to send the car to an auction house. I was not told this originally. 4. Basically, I was told that if the selling price was higher and not the AAA price, the trade in would be higher, which means to me that the trade in offer is based not just on the condition of the car, but also THE PRICE THE DEALER IS GETTING FOR THE NEW CAR. That does not seem very fair to me. The fair price of a trade in should not be based on how much the dealer is getting for the new car. More

I had a problem with my 1996 dodge, a no start in bad weather. my local mechanic after an attempt to "do the easiest thing" was unable to fix the problem, and wanted $700 for a replacement distributor. I contacted this dealer and got the job done, with my NYS inspection for 1/2 the price. The manager, Michael could not have been nicer, and after going over the problem, didn't need to perform a diagnostic test (saving me $110). He replicated the problem by simply spraying water on the distributor, confirming the diagnosis, and did the job in one day. This dealership was GREAT, and Michael was FABULOUS!! I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing service. They also found an old recall on the vehicle, and will do the work upon the receipt of parts. Oh, and by the way, the parts people could not have been nicer, especially edgar! Larry Causin More
