Convenient and easy place to purchase a Subaru. I had dropped by in early week of April to look at some cars. Norris approached to assist in the cars available. Norris was flexible with his time to let me test drive on short notice and had made the decision to purchase the car that very same day. not as truthful as they seem I didnt like how they conducted their business. Came to an agreement for no money down on a lease and on the day I picked the car up they put a cap co I didnt like how they conducted their business. Paid in check and the rest in cash and Arnie Price did not want to give me a written receipt for the cash. When I went home I realized why...he had made me pay an extra $25 which was nowhere to be found on the lease agreement. Also applied scare tactics to get my vehicle serviced at Subaru...I thought the Magnuson Moss Warranty act protected me from such claims he made. Norris Capo was pretty decent until I saw that I had to put down a cap cost reduction after we had negotiated a no money down deal. More

amazing customer assistance On my way to my doctor,I hit the curb and had a flat tire ,called the dealer,very stressed out ,being a female with back problem ,explained my situati On my way to my doctor,I hit the curb and had a flat tire ,called the dealer,very stressed out ,being a female with back problem ,explained my situation to mr NORRIS CAPOBIANCO the sales agent .he asked for my location since the service dept was closed;He said service dept. is closed and he will come and help me.I COULD NOT BELIEVE MY EYES he showed up within 15minutes changed my tire and since my tire had a tear he took it to the dealership to change so i could pick up the following day. i can't say enough and he found my diamond earring that i lost for 6 months.I felt my angels sent him to help me.never experienced anything like this for a dealer going out of his way to help me thanks again keep up the good work GOD bless you.
