Here's the updated version: I recently leased a 2026 - Dylankreitman

Here's the updated version: I recently leased a 2026 Crosstrek from Star Subaru, working with Meeza O'Dair, and the experience was seamless from start to finish. Meeza communicated clearly at every step, made the process transparent with no surprises, and made the whole thing smooth and easy. If you're in the New York area and shopping for a Subaru, I highly recommend Star Subaru, and ask for Meeza specifically!

I leased a car from this dealership on August 28, 2026. - Missy

I leased a car from this dealership on August 28, 2026. I was assisted by Daniel Ruffin. I had a wonderful experience working with Daniel. I never felt pressured or like I was being harassed to make a quick decision. He explained everything and gave me many options and worked within my budget. He was professional, sincere and he was more like a friend giving me advice, if you can believe that. He delivered on all his promises and always treated me with respect and a smile even though I was tough on quizzing him back and forth on deal options. I highly recommend this dealership and please ask for Mr. Ruffin, you’ll be pleasantly surprised. He takes the bad taste of a “car salesman” out of your mouth.

Overall, I had a very good experience at Tasca Subaru. The pricing was clear and straightforward, and almost everything went smoothly. There was a small mix-up regarding the interior color, but Kenneth, my salesman, was very helpful, professional, and easy to work with. December 26,2025 (Pending Snow Storm) One of the most - Ken D

December 26,2025 (Pending Snow Storm) One of the most overused phrases from a car salesperson is : “Our Service Department is the BEST!”. A pending snowstorm, like everyone else I depend on my car too much! Unfortunately, it’s towards the end of the work day and it’s an issue I can’t avoid. We all have certain family and friends that you have on “speed dial”. This is the sentiment I hold for Jamie Nussbaum and his wonderful staff at East Hill Subaru in Roslyn, New York. I made the call and Lisette answered. She immediately understood my issue and responded, “ You know there is a snow storm coming. You need to bring your car here and we’ll take care of it”. Lisette is another example of a true professional that takes great pride in her position. I arrived and was greeted by Service Advisor Justin Peralta. He did the intake and assured me the car would be thoroughly checked out and I would be updated throughout the process. In a short period of time, Lorrie Santiago came to inform me that my car was ready. Lorrie Santiago is always congenial, professional and laser focused on the task at hand. Lorrie’s area is highly efficient, the paperwork and fob were all ready to go. Lorrie informed me of what was completed, asked if I had any questions and personally thanked me for bringing my car to East Hills Subaru. Lorrie is very proud of this organization and it shows every time! Integrity begins at the top! Jamie Nussbaum is an extremely professional individual. His affect is always pensive yet gregarious in nature. Jamie’s attention to detail is reflected in every aspect of his Service Department. The amount of pressure with work orders, pending projects, emergency customer drop-ins could make this Service Department of “FRENETIC HOT ZONE”. However, to the contrary, Jamie’s strong but calming presence guides his ship through another day of success for his entire team. Philip Saccio and Justin Peralta are top Service Advisors. I’ve been most impressed by both of these professionals. These men take their positions most seriously. The initial intakes are thorough, the process is clearly layed out with potential cost and a clear timeline is presented. Philip Saccio and Justin Peralta assure me they are dedicated to success. The man behind the curtain where all the magic happens is Sandro! I call him the “Economist-Master Technician. Sandro always has a smile along with being extremely gifted. His videos that he takes of the work he performs are extremely informative. Sandro will always give suggestions to keep my vehicle at its peak performance. Sandro’s economic background is always integrated into his technical practice. It appears Sandro’s daily mission is to be the best “Economist-Master Technician” every day. Mission Accomplished Sandro! Finally, I have to acknowledge Jamie Nussbaum. He always takes a compliment and deflects to include his team. His conversations with me always demonstrate a pride he has of everyone on his team. I understand his pride in working with these great professionals. My wife Diane and I are most grateful for all you’ve done for our family. Diane and I wish you all the best NEW YEAR 2026 and may God continue to bless each and every one of you! Thank you! P.S. Your Service Department is one of the BEST! Your sales representatives should bring every potential purchaser to see Jamie and the Team. It’s the ultimate closer!

As long-time vehicle owners, my husband and I were - bcoh71

As long-time vehicle owners, my husband and I were instantly impressed with the attentiveness and attention to detail demonstrated by Sales Associate Paul Perrotta when we initially stopped by to explore possible lease options at the Grand Prix Subaru dealership in Hicksville over Labor Day weekend. Although we weren't quite ready yet to sign a lease during that first visit, Paul patiently listened to what we desired in a vehicle, expertly shared his product knowledge with us, and worked hard to outline possible options for a lease deal that would fit our budget. He also gave us a tour of the well-appointed service department and the dealership, and took us on a test drive of a Subaru Crosstrek. Paul's professionalism, excellent communication skills and his non-pushy sales approach prompted us to return (without hesitation) to Grand Prix Subuaru a few weeks later to sign a lease deal. We also are grateful for the time and patience Business Manager Jose Pineda took to explain all the fine details involved with leasing a vehicle as it was a new concept to us. From start to finish, it was quite evident how hard Paul and Jose work to ensure their customers are satisfied.

Dream Team at Bill Kolb Jr! - MF

Dream Team at Bill Kolb Jr! (Danielle Aceto on the service desk, Chris - Technician, Alan Bass - Service Director) I brought my 2014 Subaru Forester in because I had a terrible noise, shaking from the right front wheel. The technician Chris quickly identified the problem, sent a video showing clearly how the wheel bearing was in bad shape and needed to be replaced. He continued on the video to show all the other parts of the car, complimenting the condition and pointing out anything to keep an eye on. He also told me that I would need an alignment after the new bearing was installed. Danielle on the service desk called me to go over the work and to talk about the price. Wheel bearings are expensive but in line with main dealerships. The work was done quickly. When I picked up the car I felt like the alignment was very slightly off, so I turned back to speak with Danielle and the tech. Within a few minutes Chris agreed it was slightly off, kindly took the time to explain to me how the alignment is done, why it was slightly off, made the adjustment apologized and I left very happy. It's so refreshing to do business with people that really care about their work and believe in customer service. I can't recommend Bill Kolb Jr enough.

I purchased a new Crosstrek from North Coast Subaru and - dtl7

I purchased a new Crosstrek from North Coast Subaru and it was an excellent experience. This is my 14th car purchase and the best experience by far. Dominique was my sales consultant and she was great - professional, knowledgeable, highly competent and very personable. The negotiations were easy, no games or shady sales tactics, just a straightforward business transation. I also got a good price on the Crosstrek and my trade-in. The finance manager, Brandon, was also great. He did his job and offered the standard upsells but wasn't pushy or arrogant. If you are looking for a Subaru, save yourself some time and go see Dominique at North Coast Subaru. 5 out of 5 - Highly recommend.

We purchased a 2020 Ford Transit Connect used from the - agugliel

We purchased a 2020 Ford Transit Connect used from the Subaru of Stamford and it was at a very good price, and they did all the servicing tot eh van before we purchased the van. Jeramy was the sale consultant and he was fantastic. From the communication to the final purchasing Jeramy and staff was top notch. When I left the dealership with the transit connect the transmission was giving me a lot of problems. I called Jeramy immediate and he asked me to bring the truck back the same morning. They reviewed the issues with a local Ford dealership and had the transmission rebuilt with a new torque convertor at no charge which was around 5K. I purchase a lot of vans and cars over the years, and I have to say this dealership is top notch with customer service and honestly which is very hard to find in a dealership and sales consultant today. Subaru of Stamford is the best hands down.
