I had to have the car shipped from the manufacturer in Japan and he assisted and ke Mike Polans went above and beyond to get me the car that I wanted. We were able to finance the car, complete the paperwork, have the car prepared within less than one day. The staff was helpful, friendly and accommodating. My only concern, was I wanted to set up direct withdrawal from the bank as to prevent late payments. I was told to return the next day to speak to the Finance Manager, when I did return, I was not permitted to see him being told the bank would send me something in the mail. I was reluctant and unsatisfied with this answer considering I don't even know which bank is financing the loan. In any case, the overall dealership experience was highly pleasant. More
