No pressure and she answered any and all of my questions regarding the LEGACY. It was such a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. We went for a test drive and I immediately loved the car. Nichole went out of her way to make sure I would have the car I wanted by my birthday which was less than 6 days away. Upon returning home, I received a call from Nichole that she located the car and was going to pick it up herself. This is my 5th new car and I must say that dealing with East Hills Subaru was very pleasurable. Thanks to both Nichole and Arnie for making this experience a great one. More

Highly recommend East Hills Subaru After doing some research and visiting several dealerships, we were told the model we wanted (the Forester Touring model) either could not be found or After doing some research and visiting several dealerships, we were told the model we wanted (the Forester Touring model) either could not be found or would take 6-8 weeks or longer, and that we should settle for a different model. They didn't know the Forester very well and when we asked questions, didn't seem to know the answers and weren't interested in getting us the answers. I had just about given up on the Subaru when my husband suggested East Hills. It's a little out of the way for us...but what a difference! We met with Mike Polans and he immediately made us feel comfortable, answered all our questions and offered so much more info about the car. He was very concerned about us getting the model we wanted with the options we wanted. He did say the model we were looking for was limited, but if he couldn't locate one, he would order one and that it could take 6-8 weeks. Three weeks later, the car is in my garage! Dealing with East Hills Subaru was a pleasure! Mike was terrific and Arnie Price made the closing quick and easy. I would highly recommend East Hills Subaru! More

Anthony was excellent. We told him what we were looking for and within a few minutes we had a car picked out. He answered every question we had and those he didn't have the answer to, he was able to direct us to his manager Franco O'Neil. Anthony even drove the vehicle from the dealership to our family mechanic to have it inspected. When we came to sign the paperwork, Arnie Price made our closing seamless and he was very personable and relatable. My salesperson was Mike Polans - very nice individual and very personable; he was always available for any questions I had any basically anything relating to my purchase. I would recommend him to anyone - we actually are going back to purchase another car shortly from him. Also the finance manager Arnie Price was great, he helped me on getting what I needed. I know there are many different reviews on many other rating sites, but trust me, if you go to Mike and Arnie, you will be satisfied. More
