told entitled to 2 free oil changes, then $40, now said no I was told when leased the car by jayson schrager entitled to 1st 2 oil changes free, then $40. went for 1st service and told not entitled to it. Best Subaru dealership on Long Island This is a great dealership. They treat you like family. I have gotten 3 Subaru’s here and hand never had a problem. And their professionalism doesn’t stop when you leave the dealership, they will go out of their way to help you with any problems you might have. Steve Radow is s great example of their excellent customer service. He helped my daughter months after the sale was completed. Bob Goldman is another excellent sales person . And Leon in the service Dept is excellent. He makes going in for service a pleasure . This is not your ordinary dealership. More

I waited for about 10 minutes then walked up to the counter and asked for help from some big guy that was sitting that called him self the sales manger. I told him that I had been waiting for a while to talk to someone. He Said sorry sir we are very busy. Nobody was in the showroom by the way. He said will get you someone in a Minute. Knowing that I was waiting the whole time cause he laid eyes on me and never even said hello or offered to help or get me help. I couldn’t believe this guys demeanor he was acting like he was doing me a favor. Finally someone approached me and sad can I help you. He Didn’t even say hello ask me my name or tell me his. We went directly to his desk to sign a test drive waiver or something. He Did not go over any of the safety features which is most important since this car is for my daughter who is a new driver. I couldn’t believe it. I went on a test drive anyway and loved the car. When we got back I asked him for some numbers. he gave me some numbers which were fair. I asked him if that was the best price you can do cause a was given a better price from another dealer. He said to wait a minute let me talk to my boss. The manager that ignored me when I first arrived came over standing over me and said hi I’m Phil what do we got to do to make you happy. I told him to give me a little better price cause I was able to get a slightly lower one than you offered me. He abruptly said where are you going service the car because if you don’t buy it here you can’t service it here or use our loaners cars. I wonder if Subaru corporate knows that he says this as a sales tactic. I don’t think they would be happy about it. Needless to say all I was looking for was another $200 to $300 off and he didn’t realize that cause he was so caught up on we’re I was servicing my car. I cannot believe in this day and age that your company would have someone like that representing your store and brand. Your future will Not prosperous one with this guy working there. Also your salespeople need to be trained. Needless to say I left there went to Grand Prix Subaru was treated like a gentleman and took the car the same day with no hassles. Very Disappointed More
