I was impressed. He talked to me about other models and levels of the Forrester, but it was my choice all the way, including leasing versus buying. He gave me all the information I needed to make my own informed decision. What a novel and appreciated experience buying a car! With the help of Arnie Price who was also informative, not pushy and gave me information to choose my own way, they made buying a new car so much less stressful.
