Everything their sales & management team said they would do, they did!! That car was recently totaled in an accident (but I wasn’t since I was driving a Subaru!) so I returned to East Hills (I did not even think of going anywhere else...) to purchase a 2018 Outback. Three days later, my excellent salesman called me to announce that they had located the exact car we we’re looking for!! A little more than 24 hours later, the car was in my driveway. (Winston did a fantastic job of “prepping” our new car!). Very difficult circumstances were turned into an amazingly positive experience, thanks to the magnificent East Hills team - beginning with my salesman. I have recommended this dealership to everyone I know who is thinking of buying a Subaru. One more thing: Since my dealership is located on a very busy road, my salesman went out to monitor traffic to ensure that it was safe for me to pull my new car out of their lot...and that happened with BOTH purchases (Phil this time...Anthony the first time)!!! They are the epitome of customer service...and they have a customer for life!! More

My wife and I became instant friends with Jamie and felt more than comfortable during the whole process. She laid every detail out and all the options and made it as simple as it could be.
