The Service Dept-I was not impressed-felt I was taken advantage of on more than one occasion as I'm a female- mostly oil changes-I was told I needed a specific kind of oil, just to talk to my brother who said that was not so. On 2 occasions in a row, I was told I had a nail in my tire-I told the fellas that if it happened one more time, I'd think they were putting them in the tire.
