Since 2004 we have been loyal customers to Jon Lancaster and would definately go back when we're in the need of another car. The salespeople are knowledgeable and friendly and that doesn't end when you dri and would definately go back when we're in the need of another car. Follow up calls from the salesperson is just a little bite of attention that make you feel they really care. The people serviceing the cars are the same way. Very friendly and they make sure that you're completely satisfied. Right now both cars are under "recall" and I have no objection to driving them "as is" I had an incident with the Prius, excellerating after passing up some cars, but after trying to stop the car with the brake, I put my foot (toe part) under the gas pedal and forced it up and the car resumed normal speed. Since making sure that the floor mats are pushed back all the way, I have had no problem. (I never thought of calling my husband to say good-by, like the woman on TV. I was too busy trying to think of ways to stop it. Different folks, I guess) More
