Mr. Riesen was never condescending, nor was he patronizing or pushy. I had looked at vehicles at several dealerships, and at many the deal-breaker for me had been the attitude of the sales associate with whom I met. Nate Riesen actually listened, carefully, during our conversations. He reflected and restated my questions and concerns and effectively shared information, including the attributes of the vehicles in which I expressed interest. He was quick on the up-take, willing to work to get the vehicle I wanted and ethical in both his speech and actions. That, coupled with his positive regard and respect for his dealership, convinced me that I could similarly expect the highest standard of satisfaction with my choice of vehicle because neither he nor the dealership would settle for anything less. Mr. Riesen also demonstrated excellent follow-through at various intervals, making certain I was indeed still satisfied with my choice. Nor was this an isolated situation.
