We unfortunately chose the "Cash for Clunkers" week to purchase our Prius, and we didn't have a "clunker" to get rid of. Consequently, we had to order the Prius we wanted. Even though Abby and Nate were very busy with all the changes occurring with the sales event, they were very patient and efficient with our Prius purchase. We received exactly the Prius we ordered within the next month. Abby very patient in explaining all the technology and great features the Prius has. I really appreciated Abby's knowledge, thoroughness and positive,friendly disposition. We had a great experience getting our Prius from Abby and Nate at Jon Lancaster...and would and have encouraged others (even with the recalls) who are looking for new vehicles to visit you at Jon Lancaster. I would recommend the sales department, but not service. Shawn has been awsome to work with and I feel that he really cares about me. On the other hand, your service department has been dissapointing. I have one of the recalled Toyota's. I have been complaining about the mileage since I got bought the car in November 2009. The gas pedal is very touchy and sometimes it zips off and others it doesn' respond immediately. I have been very happy with my Prius purchase. From the minute I walked in the door to buy the car to the minute I drove it off the lot I felt that I was well taken care of.
