I made an appointment to take a look at a vehicle and drove 90 mins to go see it. Spending most of my day in contact with the dealership ensuring that if I wanted the vehicle I would be able take it home that night. Numerous emails went back and forth along with a few phone calls. Before I left my house I called to ensure the vehicle was still for sale. I let them know that it would take me 90 mins to drive there and I asked them to please not sell that vehicle. As they knew I really wanted it and knew that I had financing I place. They ensured me not to worry about it and that they would not sell the car. They sold the car as I was walking into the dealership and I wasted 3 hours of my time. Very disappointed. More

As I am writing this review I am still waiting for a refund on my credit card from almost 2 weeks ago. First I went there to check a Dodge Durango R/T. I am currently leasing a Honda Odyssey. I wanted to compare both cars. I explained all that to the salesman because my lease finish in a year. Despite me refusing to not get excited about changing my car early he pushed for it and I understand it because he is salesman after all. I can say with 100% certainty that he did not know the product very well, to be honest I knew things about the car that he didn't. He checked my credit and gave me some numbers, worked down the price, even put it on paper to make them more legit. Next day, when I went to finish the deal suddenly all the numbers changed. I politely refused their offer and said that I was not interested anymore and that I wanted my full deposit back. To this day I have not receive my money and I am starting to think that I should contact the Better Business Bureau. In conclusion I do not recommend this dealer, from my experience they sell you dreams, they take your money, they don't want to return your money after that and lastly if you go online you can know more about their products than themselves. I give them 2 stars for cleanness of the place and the vehicle lineup. More

Fraudulent incompetent... STAY AWAY We explained by phone prior to coming in as to NOT waste anyone's time! After losing 2 days work & pay, 3 days total at this disco of a SO called business. Spent a total of 24 hrs within the 3 days. Was promised each time I'd leave with. Car 1,500%. Sure was the quote" after showing us 7-8 cars they'd come back with an issue once the paperwork started. No common courtesy, no apologies for wasting our time, no effort to try & fix the issue or make it up on any way. Every time we were to sign final paperwork we couldn't have the car, however they had NO TROUBLES IR ISSUES TAKING OUR CASH OR CHARGING OUR BANK ACCOUNT. Asked for our money back enough had been enough! We're told we'd have to wait for a check to be cut & return to pick it up. Please people I beg of you save your time, patience,energy & money STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS Place AS YOU POSSIBLY CAN!! The only thing they're good at is making false promises & misleading you. For example, I made an offer on a car that was listed for $21450 with a assumed downpayment of $1950. I have no idea how they come up with these numbers. They might as well list every vehicle for $0.99 and assume a 20k downpayment. I submitted an offer of 19k on that vehicle, and got a email back for 19500*. I searched everywhere and read through the more details section of that offer. It clearly did not show anything related to any other assumptions. The * pointed to a small part that said "Vehicles subject to prior sale"/ I called up to confirm there were no additional fee's or assumed anything. The lady on the phone assured me that from that price, it was + taxes and dmv. I drove all the way down, the greeting and experience was good. Ultimately, the manager told me nope, no way. I cannot honor that because that is not the price. It is that price, + the downpayment. I explained the email, he was having none of it. I wasted all my time and paid tolls to drive down. I read through everything and still got used. It's pretty much anything just to get you through the door. Get you through the door at any cost, and deal with it then. Worst Experience Ever When I first went to buy the car they gave me a price and then changed it later in the day. I wound up leasing from Riverdale which is really the same owners. My car died in the middle of a highway when it was less than 1 year old because water came through the sunroof. They would not give me a loaner the first time I brought it in then after 4 days I spoke to a manager got a Hertz rental car that they said they would pay for. I had have the car towed in 3 times and brought it back 2 other times to get the problem resolved. The people in service were extremely rude and did not care about getting my car fixed. Months later I got a call from a collection agency for Hertz that Eastchester did not pay them so they are going against me. Now no one at the dealer will pickup my calls once I give my name. Most unprofessional dealer I have ever dealt with. More
