I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. When I went back to pick up the vehicle, I noticed that the tires were not rotated, and was told by the service advisor that I would have to replace When I went back to pick up the vehicle, I noticed that the tires were not rotated, and was told by the service advisor that I would have to replace the lug nuts as they were swollen. The next day I took the vehicle to a tire shop and was told that the lug nuts were fine, so I decided to check the oil levels, and the antifreeze is still below min levels, so I don’t think they even changed the oil. Great service, quick turn around time and very helpful to answer any questions. You could have coffee cups and creamer available though.
