Eastchester Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram

Sales Person promised me that they would provide me with an XM radio in the car that I purchased. I did not want to purchase a car without the XM radio and made that clear. Sales person falsely promised thi an XM radio in the car that I purchased. I did not want to purchase a car without the XM radio and made that clear. There was already an XM radio body in the dealership and I was told that I would only have to pay for the labor of installing it which would be $80 an hour and the work would take 1 hour. I had an appointment for the installation and showed up to be told that the right technician didn't come in and that there were parts missing. I called the sales person repeatedly for weeks and months on end after that to see if the parts were in only to be given the runaround and be told that they weren't in yet. Sales person never followed up with me to make an appointment or to give me an update on the parts. 5 months later I still have no XM radio and have yet to receive a call from the sales person or his manager who I also left a message for. More

Jimmy Somma was a great salesman. Was not happy with the condition of the "Certified" used car I purchased. Not sure how it passed the certification test...which leads me to believe it was not even checked condition of the "Certified" used car I purchased.
