I went into the dealership to see about upgrading from a Patriot to a Liberty. I was met at the door and introduced to Jimmy Somma. He was very clear about everything I asked about. Javier Sierra,also very professional, took me thru the financing process and he also was very careful to explain everything. The long and short of my experience is that I drove in with a Patriot and drove out with a Liberty all the paper work was done quickly (for the process) and I left very happy. I recommend that if you are serious about purchasing a car you should bring all your papers with you for a quick and easy swap.
