As a woman that does not know much about purchasing a car, it can be a very overwhelming experience. I was lucky enough to have him approach me & ask if he could be of any assistance. My husband and I were just looking at the cars in the parking lot when Cecil came and asked us if he can help us. He asked my husband what kind of car he was looking for and my husband stated " Its not parking lot when Cecil came and asked us if he can help us. He asked my husband what kind of car he was looking for and my husband stated " Its not here" with that Cecil laugh and had a genuine smile and brought us into the showroom where the Chrysler 200 was. Mind you we was just looking but with Cecil as a our dealer, the receptionist and others who greeted us with utmost politeness made us feel right at home. Cecil was not pushing nor arrogant like some other car dealers that we had experienced years before. He was sweet and understanding of our needs especially when my husband requested a convertible which we ended with a sunroof instead ..Thank God!!
