I went in this past weekend looking to buy a new Jeep. I hadn't purchased a new vehicle before so this was a new experience for my wife and I. We came in Friday afternoon and worked with Israel Rodriguez. I was really impressed with the dealership and the pace at which I was able to look for a vehicle, and in the end purchasing one. I went in looking for a Jeep Compass or Patriot. They had a number of Compasses and just one Patriot, but that was fine, as I was more interested in the Compass. I was able to take the vehicle I ended up buying on a test drive, as Izzy explained some of the nuances of the car and it's features. Although there were some minor hiccups (trouble finding dealer plates, water in one of the vehicles), the experience was pretty flawless. Izzy explained much of the process along the way and really kept up informed. I really appreciated not being pressured or hurried at all on this major purchase. Once we decided we indeed wanted to purchase, it was a quick and simple process. Izzy let me go give the vehicle another examination and processed all the relevant paperwork. I came back Saturday morning to finalize the sale and take my new Jeep home. Javier had the contract, registration and other paperwork all ready to be signed and processed. I was in and out within an hour, extremely happy my new purchase and the process that I went through in buying in. I appreciated all the guys at Eastchester for their knowledge and lack of pressure. Bobby breaks the mold of the stereotypical car salesman. He went the extra mile in every possible way to make our experience a positive one. I received an UNBELIEVABLE quote on line from this dealership so I, of course, had to go and see for myself. Other dealerships advised me that it was "probably the wrong car" or "it's a scam to get yo dealership so I, of course, had to go and see for myself. It WAS the car I was looking for and at the UNBELIEVABLE price. I was greeted by Robert LaRosa who walked me through the whole process. He was friendly, witty, helpful, knowledgeable and quite a gentleman, as were his co-workers. If there were options to choose 5 PLUS on the listed categories, I would do so on all. I drove an hour and a half from my home to this dealership and will do so again for my next vehicle. I DEFINITELY recommend this dealership...and when you go, ask for Robert LaRosa. I was in the market for another car, and saw the Acura at this dealership. I live in CT so was a little skeptical about going to the Bronx. I decided that I had nothing to lose and give it a shot. When I arrived I was met by Martha, she introduced herself and asked what I was looking for. She wasted no time getting access to the vehicle so I could take it for a test drive. Martha even turned the radio down so that I could hear that there was no unnecessary enging noise. After taking the card for the test drive I told her that I wanted to purchase. There was no pressure at all from her or anyone else to purchase the car, or any other car on the lot. They allow you to walk around freely and look at what interest you. She answered all the questions put to her, and was knowledgable about the inventory. My experience was really pleasurable there and going forward, if I need to purchase another vehicle I will definately be checking Eastchester dealer More

1st time at Easchester. went for the oil change special (Buy 1 get 3 free)So I decided to get them a try. I pulled up into a very clean reception area. I was met by Raven you asked me what I needed and told me I had a little wait since there were 3 cars ahead of me for oil changes.So she did my paper work, put all my info into the computer for the next time I visit Eastchester. After that I went to the customer lounge ,which is located in the new car showroom.( Can you say sales ploy!) After looking at the new cars I went to the lounge. Which again was very clean and comfortable. It has tables with chairs and 3 sofas,a flat screen tv and remote control. And also there is small childrens playroom with toys with a tv showing cartoons. A free coffee machine is also available. There are windows in the lounge so you can see your car being serviced. After an hr & 1/2 my car was ready. All in all my experience at Easchester was positive, they were professional ,the place is clean and comfortable for customers. I hope they continue in this manner since finding a good place to service your car can be a stressful decision. More

I really think he gave me a great deal and I walked away with the car of my dreams.
