What I was impressed with was something that occured after a few days after my initial visit . I came in for a test drive of the new Durango and he remembered my name and asked if I brought my wife along . I didn't bring my wife but I did bring my children, the real judges of comfort and style lol. Mr Smith was very patient and even helped me with my children's car car seats . One other thing about Mr. Smith that I noticed was that he wasn't annoyed at the fact that I was shopping around and that I may not even purchase a vehicle for some time . He took his work serious and even apologized when he kept me waiting for just a minute . As the test drive came to an end he even stuck around to answer some more questions that I had . When I packed up my kids and drove off on my way to test drive another SUV he jokingly told me that I would be back . Its nice to see a sales person who can stand by their product .
