I was very happy working with Wellington, he communicated well and helped me through the process. He even stayed late in order to let me pick up my car....since I was driving from CT to NY in a hailstorm I well and helped me through the process. James Smith was always available for any questions and made excellent recomendations when asked if future modifications were possible. There was never a delay when I called his extension. When the financial computer system went down, James knew immediately I was in for a slightly longer wait than usual; so he immediately got up from his desk and explained the situation to me and took me to the coffee area and had one with me. Although the computer was down for some time, James kept me informed of the status of my paper work at least every 10 minutes. James also contacted my personal auto insurance agency and informed them not only of my new purchase but also the modifications that were to be made to my policy on my two existing vehicles. I now have 3 vehicles: a 1993 Buick Century, a 1999 Jeep Cherokee Sport and a new 2011 Jeep Wrangler Sport. Yes, I have 2 Jeep vehicles. More

Eastchester Dodge was the first dealership that I visited when I decided to buy my 2011 Dodge Challenger. I found the dealership very modern, clean, open and airy. With a large selection of vehicles. It includes a lounge area with snack machines and flat screen TVs as well as a play area for kids. As I write this I'm comparing the environment of this dealership to others that I visited and this one was by far the best! The sales staff at Eastchester Dodge is incredibly friendly. My sales guys Bobby Bruner was great. He worked with me to get me the car that I wanted even when I flip flopped and started switching things up. He also remained completely friendly and professional even when I called him at home on his day off to talk about the car I wanted (oops). Now that I think of it he's probably really happy to get rid of me. If you are reading this Bobby thanks for being my sales guys. I lucked up when I got you. Hope is wasn't too much of a pain. Honestly,this dealership was great and I highly recommend it. Check them out if you are looking for a place that will make you feel very comfortable and relaxed in your car buying experience. After going to my regular mechanic and spending 2500.00 and still having the same problem I decided to contact the dealer eastchester Chrysler jeep and dodge. When I called there I got Lori on the phone an and still having the same problem I decided to contact the dealer eastchester Chrysler jeep and dodge. When I called there I got Lori on the phone and she was very cortious and down to earth. I explained to her my situation about how I had been ripped off by my regular mechanic an still had the same problem with my Pacifica she immediately got sonny the service manager involved to try and help me with my problem of my cooling fans not coming on and the vehicle overheating at that point Sonny had me bring the car in when it was convenient for me and arranged for me to be dropped off at work. In our conversation sonny said to me I could appreciate your concerns but rest assure that we are not here to hurt you we are here to help you. And although I had been treated unfairly by my regular mechanic as soon as he said that it was like the weight had been lifted of my shoulders. Sonny and Lori and their techs were able to fix my car in a timely fashion and always kept me up to date as to what was going on with it . And believe it or not the price was less that half of what I had paid my regular mechanic. And my car is fix and driving better than it has in a long time .
