Great Service I am from out of state and have a 2015 Dodge Durango. My truck stopped on the expressway early evening on a Friday. I called and was told that I needed an appointment. I got the service manager on the phone and explained my situation. He advised for the vehicle to be towed to the dealer. I expected the unfortunate extra costs including a hotel stay for the weekend. It got to the service department around 5:00 pm. Mike has a technician look at the vehicle that night. It was a simple fix and we were on our way that same night. GREAT SERVUCE. More

Erroneous diagnosis & flawed advise for replacement Inspect your vehicle WELL before bringing it to Service. One bulb was broken (the regular one for US 20) and then they have said it is the HD one whic Inspect your vehicle WELL before bringing it to Service. One bulb was broken (the regular one for US 20) and then they have said it is the HD one which is for US 310. We’ve checked the car before and therefore refused the service. When I raised the matter over the phone with their customer service, they still “insisted” on their erroneous diagnosis. Perhaps we are in a parallel universe but their persistence to uphold an erroneous diagnosis and a flawed request for replacement, raised further concerns in regards to their credibility and professionalism – especially since this was the second time we had such an episode with them. During the first episode we have paid around 700 USD for a problem we did not complain about and was identified following a visit to their services. So, not again! It’s a petty, they were beside our house. Now we will have to travel all the way to other dealers’ services in other cities, which is much better than being subject to this unprofessionalism and flawed services. Advise, if you need to go there, just INPSECT YOUR VEHICLE WELL & IDENTIFY THE ISSUE TO THE BEST OF YOUR KNOWLEDGE BEFORE GOING THERE. GOOD LUCK!! More
Perfect Servicing experience I have nothing but great things to say about Eastchester's Service Dept. You drive up and are greeted by a greeter who's friendly attitude is contagious. I forget his name but if you have your car serviced there you will know exactly who I mean. I have had the pleasure of having both Rob and Maggie as my service advisers. Rob and Maggie are very accommodating and do whatever they can to take care of your service needs. I had Rob for my express oil change. He had me in and out and explained everything that was done and took his time while answering my questions. I made the mistake of having a different dealer do some work on my vehicle and they messed it up. I then brought the car over to Eastchester and got Maggie as my service adviser. She went above and beyond to not only get the fix approved but she checked to make sure it was fully covered within the warranty. She kept me in the loop through the whole process and accommodated all my needs. I will be honest and say that I purchased my vehicle at a different dealership 3 years ago because the Sales personnel at Eastchester were not very honest at that time. I have not dealt with the sales staff since then so I don't know how they are now. I would not hesitate to take my car here if you need servicing. They are friendly, listen to your concerns and go above and beyond to assist with the servicing and fixing of your vehicle. If you are using the express service hopefully you get Rob. If you need regular servicing then hopefully you get Maggie as your adviser. They are definitely my two go to people. More

If you have lease and they try to contact before the lease finished don't take the call as anything they said by phone is not what will happen when you are in the office. Worst Experience Ever When I first went to buy the car they gave me a price and then changed it later in the day. I wound up leasing from Riverdale which is really the same When I first went to buy the car they gave me a price and then changed it later in the day. I wound up leasing from Riverdale which is really the same owners. My car died in the middle of a highway when it was less than 1 year old because water came through the sunroof. They would not give me a loaner the first time I brought it in then after 4 days I spoke to a manager got a Hertz rental car that they said they would pay for. I had have the car towed in 3 times and brought it back 2 other times to get the problem resolved. The people in service were extremely rude and did not care about getting my car fixed. Months later I got a call from a collection agency for Hertz that Eastchester did not pay them so they are going against me. Now no one at the dealer will pickup my calls once I give my name. Most unprofessional dealer I have ever dealt with. More

East hills This morning I started calling dealerships about the flat tire on my 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee, purchased in May from East Hills Chrystler. East hills directed me to call my warranty manufacturer, they directed me to call bayside, bayside told me they could change the tire Sept 14th (in close to 3 weeks?) the next dealership told me next week...I spent two hours on the phone trying to figure out what the issue is in getting a stupid tire fixed, that I pay $50 a month to be completely warranted. East Chester Chrystler got the car right in and out. Were so friendly and easy to deal with. Professional and courteous. Receptionist stayed on the phone with me and helped direct me on how to get in. Literally every single person that I dealt with has been fantastic. I will absolutely come here before anywhere else. Have to bring in back on 6/13/16 because my brakes were squeaking very loudly. I dropped it off @ 8AM they said I can pick it up @ the end of the business day I called numerous times and nobody had gotten back to me. Then I received a call @ 4:45pm stating they need to change my brakes and it wouldn't be ready! If the car was there from 8AM why wasn't it worked on?? I regret buying a car from this dealership a d would take recommend thm...then I asked abt the car service to get to work and back to the dealership they told me the only drop ppl off.
