nothing but lies and denials I have purchased many cars in my lifetime, but I must have saved the worst for last. I have never dealt with car company that would verbally agree to I have purchased many cars in my lifetime, but I must have saved the worst for last. I have never dealt with car company that would verbally agree to a purchase price and concessions and then changed it without telling you. They told me they were having problems with their computer accepting portions of the agreement and they had work to get the computer to accept it.. I was told the figures would not make sense in some areas, but not to worry as it would all workout. Once I noticed the changes, I tried to get answers , but I actually had a sales manager, pick up all the paperwork walked away and accused me of trying to steal more money from them. Finally, they told me their bottom line. Verbal contracts to them mean nothing... you signed it, so live with it. That's how they handled and explained why I was paying more for the car than I had agreed to. Do not trust these people, have them put everything in writing with their signatures. They really do not give a xxxx about their customers....buyer beware More

Never Again! Bought my 350 here used. (convertible) The conv. top warning light came on, brought it for service and after fumbling with it for an hour was told the Bought my 350 here used. A few weeks later the top peeled back like a sardine can at 65mph. They denied any responsibility. Love my 350 and would like to upgrade to a newer model, but not at this dealership! More

I've taken my 2010 Nissan Sentra to this dealership for approximately two or more years now. I did not purchase the vehicle there. The service members and the sales staff have never treated me with any for approximately two or more years now. I did not purchase the vehicle there. As they are a licensed dealer, the price of their maintenance is a little more expensive, but so far has been top notch. I have not one time felt like they were trying to "hustle" me to make more money. In fact they went out of their way to give me a better deal when I purchased a new set of tires and had some other work done. I plan on having my maintenance done there for many more miles, and when the time comes, trade in my car there and purchase a new one. More

My credit score was slightly above 700, with a substantial cash down payment, I wasn't wasting anyone's time...Or so I thought until meeting Burt. If Burt is no longer employed, I shall return. Matter of fact, had I met that moron prior to signing on the line (I was waiting for it to be cleaned), I would've walked out. For Burt: You need a lesson in loyalty.
