2005 Nissan Xterra Engine running rough Called Eastern Carolina Nissan Dealership for an appointment for my 2005 Nissan Xterra. I had no problems getting through to the service department. T Called Eastern Carolina Nissan Dealership for an appointment for my 2005 Nissan Xterra. I had no problems getting through to the service department. The appointment was made. When I dropped off my vehicle a service rep did a walk around inspection of my vehicle. The service rep advise he would contact me after a diagnostic test had been ran on my vehicle and he did so. We discuss the finding/cost and my vehicle was repaired. When I picked my vehicle up the service rep explained all the repairs that had been completed on my vehicle and did another walk around inspection. Excellent customer service. I highly recommend this dealership. More

When deciding on whether to purchase used or new, they allowed me to test drive as many vehicles as necessary and found me a new 2019 Nissan Murano SL with exactly the features I wanted. Harry Kerens, the general sales manager has gone above and beyond to make sure that I’m a satisfied customer and Mr. Becton, salesman, was always helpful and never pushy. Car shopping can be overwhelming at times, but Eastern Carolina Nissan made it very pleasant! I will definitely visit them again when it’s time for another vehicle! More
