My wife and I purchased a 2025 Palisade in mid July 2025. The Sales person at ESH did all he could to accommodate our interest & we were pleased with his efforts. Although, his Manager, in our opinion, faile The Sales person at ESH did all he could to accommodate our interest & we were pleased with his efforts. Although, his Manager, in our opinion, failed to represent the actual price of the vehicle, which was considerably over the sticker price. We believe Eastern Shore Hyundai was very deceptive in the pricing of their vehicle stating we were getting a fairly priced vehicle. The day after our purchase we checked with Palmer Hyundai, a few miles away, & found the exact same vehicle several thousand dollars less. when we contacted the Sales Manager at ESH he seemed to have no interest in our complaint. If the location of Eastern Shore Hyundai is good for you take the extra time to shop at other dealers. You will be happy you did. We were at the dealer 5 hours in one day to make this purchase ...........and as a result we made a bad decision as the heat exhausted us and ESH did a good job wearing us out as I believe this was their strategy to keep us on their lot.
