My son recently bought a Genesis Coupe and was telling me how great it was in the service the warrantees and everything else about his new car he sent me a picture and I thought it was very attractive. I was in the market to purchase a new vehicle and thought I would stop and test drive a vehicle at HyundaI. When I walked in I was created and was given to the sales person who explained all about Hyundai. He also grab the keys to all the different models that Hyundai had to offer from the lower in a little late to the most expensive. I have always Joven hiring cars like BMWs Lexus Acura and was extremely impressed a few days later I purchased a genesis coupe 2016 and we love it More

Great experience, just 1 small hickup Sales staff and associates were very helpful in finding the vehicle and price range I was looking for. The only negative experience was the night I ca Sales staff and associates were very helpful in finding the vehicle and price range I was looking for. The only negative experience was the night I came to do the paperwork on the vehicle. It took 2.5 hours from the time I arrived at the dealership until the time I left. We were there 45 minutes after the dealership closed finishing all the paperwork. Everything before and after that point was a great experience, just didn't have any communication that night on the delay or that they were running behind. It was the last week of school for me before the holiday break and I had 3 classes of exams waiting to be graded. The car was delivered on time and they had it cleaned up and ready when I picked it up. Everything was great except for the night of the paperwork. More
