Everyone at Eastern Shore Hyundai was great. My salesman, Brandon, was the best. He took me through the whole process, from pricing and financing, to regisrtation issues and servicing the 2024 Santa Cruz fresh off the transport. The facility was clean and bright, the finance people came out after we sat down and introduced themselves, and when I met with them they went through all the steps to secure my Santa Cruz financially. Brandon was checking on the progress of the servicing of my vehicle. All things went smoothly and there were several couples wishing they had made their selection a few minutes sooner! I'm glad I got Brandon for my salesman. He was motivated to make a sale and he made it easy for me to buy my brand new Santa Cruz. I was impressed by how knowledgeable he was and how well he worked with the other staff to complete the sale and make me drive away very happy.
