Heed my warning and stay far away from Eastern Shore Hyundai! Buying a car from this dealership was the worst experience of my life!! They held my purchased car, my trade, and money hostage for 13 days Hyundai! Buying a car from this dealership was the worst experience of my life!! They held my purchased car, my trade, and money hostage for 13 days for a paint correction I was promised would be done in 2 days. Casey McGraw is the rudest most arrogant individual who uses his authority to undermine his own managerial staff even in front of customers! His staff is so afraid of him and seeks his approval they go along with the lies and manipulation. Women, especially, should avoid this male dominated dealership that makes you feel it isn't your place to question their decisions. You will be repeatedly lied to over and over and made promises they won't keep. And don't ever expect an apology; that won't happen. McGraw uses unrelated analogies to belittle and bully you! He flaunts his own personal success in your face. He will laugh about negative customer reviews and say they mean nothing to him. Clearly this man shouldn't be in an industry that is lead by customer service and satisfaction. McGraw humiliated me with his degrading comment that the loaner car I was driving (due to the dealership's lies and false promises) was nicer than what I purchased. He actually expected a thank you for his baiting of free car washes and "little surprises!" I left the dealership in tears and unfit to drive home by myself because of this individual and his actions! You are nothing more than a number at this place, seeing how many cars they can push out in a day at whoever's expense. Eastern Shore Hyundai did NOT come anywhere close to making me feel like a valued customer. They are lead by personal greed and nothing more! If you enjoy being disrespected, manipulated, bullied, degraded, and lied to then this is your place. If not, do yourself a favor and don't step foot in this place. I will never be back, and I will be sure my friends and family purchase elsewhere! More

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE DEPARTMENT! ! I THOUGHT they fixed my vehicle but in reality an incompetent technician worked on my vehicle. That technician should have caught a major issue but ! Three months later I had to take my vehicle to another service department who immediately knew what was wrong and fixed the vehicle. I emailed Sam Oldham, the service manager at Eastern Shore about the concerns I had with his incompetent service staff on Feb 17. Sam replied 3 days later stating he needed time to investigate the issue and would give me a call later in the week. 12 BUSINESS DAYS later I had to contact Sam to get his supervisor’s name since Sam could have cared less about my concerns. Funny how he IMMEDIATELY called me after that email! This service department deserves ZERO stars. If you do buy a Hyundai, I recommend NOT using Eastern Shore Hyundai Service Department - their incompetence cost me almost $500! More

Robert was very helpful, patient, knowledgeable, and concerned with our opinion and what we w everyone there and especially Robert M. who took of us.
