I don't like writing negative reviews. But I can't get them to help me get a refund or to look at a vehicle despite asking and calling around 25 times over the course of 8 days. On jun 27th my wife an them to help me get a refund or to look at a vehicle despite asking and calling around 25 times over the course of 8 days. On jun 27th my wife and I stopped by the location to look for 2019 or newer v8 suv's. The salesman showed us a 2020 Durango r/t on the computer that was located at the sterling location, he told us he could have it at the Alexandria location within an hour. My wife and I waited only to be told that the vehicle would not be there until Monday due to it getting inspected, he also told us that the price listed on the computer would go down. I would not be able to come back until Tuesday so He asked that I put a $500 refundable deposit down on the vehicle so that they would not sell it on Sunday or monday so I put down the deposit. Monday comes and I get a call saying that the vehicle will not be ready to sell for a week or 2. So I called back asking to look at other SUVs and a refund.. that didn't get me anywhere so I called again on Tuesday and talked to a few different people explaining that I want a refund on the Durango and wanted to look at other SUVs because we needed an SUV asap. That got me no where again so my wife and I started looking elsewhere, during our search we see the Durango we have a down payment on listed for a few thousand more than what we put a down payment on the vehicle for. Despite the salesman telling us the price would go down. As of right now (July 5th) the only information we have recieved from easterns over the course of calling around 25 times is that they can only refund us with a check. But they can't get the check approved for some reason..... all I wanted to do was buy an SUV but their sales and managers failed to help us at every aspect of their job. More
