Although I was already set on what I wanted, James took the time to show me other options that would also meet my needs. Not just was he experienced, but he made the entire process understandable and smooth. James did everything in his power to get me the best possible interest rate and the maximum amount of coverage, all without leaving my budget range. Honestly I am very thankful that I was able to work with James and the Easterns Automotive Group of Alexandria. The employees from this branch truly work as a team to help their customer have the maximum amount of opportunities. The inner location itself is well maintained and pleasant to be in. There is a very big difference between this location and other car dealerships. I have experienced other dealerships who try to derail me from what i can afford or force a sale down my throat.
