I bought my first used car a few weeks ago at Easterns of Frederick. Brandon helped me browse over a variety of cars and made the test driving experience effortless and painless. I spent far too much time waiting for loan offers and waiting to sign final paperwork and would have liked to spend more time on negotiating car price. One complaint I have is that Easterns is not good with customer support claims. I left a message a few weeks ago with some simple questions and still have not heard back from anyone. More
