Before the attempt of purchasing a new car, I was hesitant due to a Chapter 13 Bankruptcy I had discharged a week prior and hearing horrific story's about dealerships running credit 12 different time hesitant due to a Chapter 13 Bankruptcy I had discharged a week prior and hearing horrific story's about dealerships running credit 12 different times and not offering a good rate due to a Low point in Ones life. I'm glad I had spoke with Mike Middledorf about the situation and how he feels about my opportunity to purchase a vehicle. I had picked out the vehicle I was very interested in and once arriving to the dealership that morning Mike ran my credit, Linked me up with larry Brown to review the vehicle I was interested in. I had seen imperfections on the vehicle that had concerned me spoke to mike about the condition and with no hesitation both Larry and Mike had addressed the flaws and I was extremely impressed on how fast, and professional they made things feel. Dealing with used cars it comes with the territory, What matters to me was the customer service they provided to me while walking throught the purchase of the vehicle. Not only did they knock it out of the ballpark with the experience, But mike hit me with a amazing rate that after bankruptcy one would thought wasnt achievable.!!! I said Oh yeah Mike Thank you.!!!
