Good, friendly, professional customer service is hard to find. Taz, Henry, and staff went above and beyond to help us with our purchase. Lamont, Great salesman. The truck, good for the price. Financing, FRAUD! They signed my name to a loan amount higher than I agreed for! Only $6 but that's not the point. As I was told "you wouldn't even have noticed"... well then it's a good thing I looked at the paperwork you tried to slip by me the second time. Someone over there is pocketing some extra cash. I have copies of all materials and a police witness where the Jack Jaffee Financing manager who signed my paperwork with me denies the existence of the fraudulent document to the officer directly, yet that is the copy submitted and funded by Wells Fargo Auto. I was told a no trespassing order would be filed that evening when I informed Jack I was having a police report filed to document what happened. The financing contract with the different amount has fraudulent signatures and the rest of the purchase order has my actual signatures with the correct purchase price, funny huh. After Wells Fargo also determined the fraud occurred Easterns offered to take the truck back and cancel the loan but I was going to be out the payments made to the loan thus far? What?!? 1/13/2020 purchased vehicle 1/14/2020 Lamont (sales agent) sent me a text to return to sign some title work. I showed up that evening and a female finance agent had no clue as to what was needed nor could she find out. 1/15/2020 Returned again to sign. I asked what the difference was or what changed, needing me to sign more papers. He said he did not know so I asked to see the original paperwork. When he brought the contract I noticed that a signature in the file was not mine and refused to sign anything else, I also took photos of the fraudulent paperwork. Jack was called in since he is who I signed with but offered no explanation just simply he would find out and get back to me asap. 1/17/2020 Returned to dealership to speak with Jack Jaffee since I heard nothing. He again could not explain but assured it would be resolved. I asked to cancel the whole transaction but was told the Eastern’s policy is to exchange no refunds. I expressed my concern was not the vehicle but the trustworthiness of the dealership. I was promised a resolution and assured it would be sorted out over the weekend, I was promised a call by 1/21/2020. 1/22/2020 Having received no communication I returned to the dealership and spoke to a “Mike” who was the manager at the time. I showed him the documents and explained the situation. He promised me a call by 1/23/2020 from Jack. 1/23/2020 I received a call from Jack stating that the Lawyers reviewed the complaint including the paperwork and see no difference. Case closed. I requested a copy of the original paperwork which I would pick up in the evening. When I received a copy that evening the original paperwork was intact ($27,450) as I signed. I asked where the other document was, I was told that was all my paperwork and nothing else existed. I called to file a police report. Ofc. Walsleben arrived and I explained what was happening and showed him the picture of the fraudulent document for the amount of $27,456. Jack told the officer that the paper did not exist and all my paperwork pertaining to my purchase was in hand there in front of us. He again denied knowing what the other document was and any existence of it. 1/30/2020 My first statement from Wells Fargo arrives for a loan amount of $27,456 and different monthly payment. I requested copies from Wells Fargo fraud and she confirmed the amount was different than was signed in the original sales contract. Upon further investigation she determined an additional doc was submitted from the dealership for a different loan amount on a later date which proved to be fraud. I filed a complaint with the office of the President at Wells Fargo who later determined fraud had occurred. More
