Today I came in looking to trade in my 2017 Chevy Colorado trying to achieve a lower monthly payment and lower my APR. Daniel was truly amazing. My boyfriend and I came to the Frederick Easterns Automotive to find an amazing deal to trade in a vehicle that had a crazy expensive monthly payment, and our expectations were completely exceeded. Daniel not only was able to get us an amazing deal with cutting the APR down he also cut the monthly payments in half! We weren’t exactly to sure on what we were looking for except a vehicle with all wheel drive. He had a lot he had to help us figure out and with that being said he was completely and totally kind and patient through the whole experience. Thank you so much again Daniel! We jave bought vehicles before from other dealerships and i have to say easterns was by far the best experience I've ever had. Taz took care of us and made sure we were happy and everything was easy to under i have to say easterns was by far the best experience I've ever had. Taz took care of us and made sure we were happy and everything was easy to understand and accomplish. Mike also helped us get our car and both he and taz worked over hours and messaged us constantly with updates with everything we needed to do, what was going on with the car, and how they could help. I highly recommend anyone go there and if you have the choice Taz and Mike are remarkable to work with. More

This was so easy! Lamont was so personable and answered all my questions and concerns. Mike M was amazing and I’m so pleased. So accommodating and made it so easy and really worked hard for me.
