My husband and I shopped for a used vehicle for several months, but kept getting turned down due to an outstanding title that was paid off but hung up in admin fees that we don’t even own anymore and our income. We desperately needed a second vehicle so I could go back to work and take care of our kids during the summer, not to mention our current vehicle is heading towards expensive repairs. We needed a newer used vehicle that was dependable. Nate came in on his day off twice to take care of us, while Ali S. and Rick worked on our loan. Ali Uddin went out of his way to get it approved just when we thought we had no chance, was an answer to our prayers! The rest of the team worked tirelessly for the next 24 hours and we went home with a 2016 jeep Cherokee with only 33,000 miles on it! I was set on a CRV, and they even brought one from another location just for us to test drive it while we were there! I wasn’t over the moon about them once I did, so Ali suggested to test out the Jeep bc he knew it had the features I wanted. I fell in love with it and we brought it home that night! Nate has checked in on us a few times since and always responds immediately if I have any questions. We are now Eastern Motors customers for life!! The laurel location was being quit difficult by (not sending the correct car to the lanham location, when they were suppose to send the car to the lanham location as a result of a customer interested; if a customer in laurel walks in and sees the car, laurel salesmen would try to sell it instead of telling the customer that the car is being seen elsewhere). This created a lot of difficulties. However, Corey did his best and I greatly appreciate it. Corey got the car of my liking after their brother location was being difficult and pulled a few strings with the help of the manager Ricky for our trouble. Corey has a great performance level and I would recommend him to anyone. More
