Once I arrived at this Last week, I went to the Eastern Motors location in Hyattsville, MD after having a bad experience at the Temple Hills location. Once I arrived at this location, I was immediately assisted by Emmanuel who had paperwork in hand to start the process for my cousin to purchase a car. Minutes later, Rick Hosn joined us and guaranteed us that we would not have a bad experience at his location and he would do everything he could to put my cousin in a used car. Emmanuel was very diligent and efficient with getting the paperwork completed. Rick jumped right in after the paperwork was completed to take the next step with identifying and securing financing. In the end, my cousin got the car she wanted at the price she wanted. Moreover, Rick went the extra mile and got my cousin a lower interest. Both Rick and Emmanuel exhibited outstanding customer service and personal attention. They both made us feel they had our personal interest at heart.
