TERRIBLE!!! I was speaking to very nice understanding salesman name Sorrell Carter about different cars that I was interested in purchasing. We came to an underst I was speaking to very nice understanding salesman name Sorrell Carter about different cars that I was interested in purchasing. We came to an understanding on witch one I was going to purchase. I told Sorrell Carter that I had a doctors appointment to go to before I came in to do the deal and he was understanding when I told him that, then here comes your store manager Danny Nguyen calling me to make sure that I was coming in the next day and my response to him was I will be there after my doctors appointment tomorrow. He in return calls me the next day asking me if I was still coming in to buy the car after I told him that I would be there the next day. One hour later while i was in the doctors office I receive another call from Danny Nguyen asking me the same dam question " Mr. Johnson, "are you still going to make it in and what time will you be here?" That did it for me ! I told him don't ever ring my phone again because he was acting unprofessional.. I really feel bad because Sorrell Carter lost a sale all because of Mr. Nguyen but at the same time I found the same car that I was looking for at first for 2000.00 down and a high 600.00 payment, that I will be picking up this weekend.😊 Sorrell Carter is a understanding, respectful kind salesman and I wish I could had made a deal with him. I would definitely work with Mr. Carter again and Eastern should be proud to have a salesman like him working for them.. Now on the other hand if you want to keep people coming back, please don't let Mr. Nguyen get involved at all.. This is just my opinion. Thank you so much..😊 More

Finding the one. We thought we had found the one. Unfortunately, we had to bring it back to Easterns.
