My sales person, Andres, was very patient and professional. It was not the typical high pressure sale but a relaxed experience. The sales manager, Tim, was also equally as accommodating. I have bought many many cars in the past, but the Eastern staff was the best I have encountered from end to end during the process. Eastern has always worked in the underserved communities providing one of the most important services, access to transportation, and they do it well.
