I would NOT recommend this Eastern's location to ANYONE! You can't tell someone that they're approved before they come in and then turn around and not complete any paperwork for financing until the ANYONE! This is the main reason why I'm giving the rating that I'm giving. There is a lack of togetherness at this location. Mervyn claimed he was a Finance Manager and come to find out he was just another sales associate trying to steal me away from one of his colleagues. Paul still has a lot to learn before becoming a successful salesperson. His lack of knowledge truly showed when I interacted with him. Paul's finance manager was quite rude and disrespectful to me when I inquired about why and where they came up with that price for the vehicle I was interested in. Instead of him being a true business person and saying "Let me look into this for you," he could only reply "I don't see why you're so upset." Come to find out, the Finance Department didn't start requesting financing for me until AFTER I left the dealership. What kind of foolishness is that? I took my business elsewhere. The service I received at another car dealership was GREAT! The sales associates were genuinely kind an considerate. Most importantly, they understood my budget and now I have the same vehicle that I looked at while I was at Eastern's....for a MUCH lower price! More

I rate them to be a great dealership because my first time buying a car, paying a car note Mr Danny Nguyen and Mr. Chavez made everything so pleasant and understanding to me.
