Easiest car purchase ever! Irving was an extremely helpful and accommodating salesperson. He helped me to find an Audi A5 convertible that met all of the specs I was looking fo Irving was an extremely helpful and accommodating salesperson. He helped me to find an Audi A5 convertible that met all of the specs I was looking for: single previous owner, late model with under 50,000 miles, and a color combination I loved (white with a chocolate brown top). We completed the paper work on that visit, I left the car at Easterns to be detailed (it already looked immaculate, but had a stain in the top which they were able to remove). I picked up the car two days later and it looked brand new. The car may have been priced slightly higher than a few estimates I saw online, but it was definitely within the guidelines and I thought it was totally worth it given the great condition it was in, So thank you again to Irving; Tony, manager of Easterns Laurel; and Carlos, the financial person who guided me through the paperwork. They each played a part in this sale and answered every single question I had in a professional and knowledgeable manner. I was very confident that I'd gone to the right place -- highly recommend.
