I walked in knowing the car I wanted to see and how much I wanted to pay. I didn't have to deal with a hard sell. The experience was pleasant and laidback overall. I wasn't pressured to try any other cars--I was asked if I wanted to and when I said no, it was left at that. Incredibly rare. When I ran into hiccups later with the car (paperwork stuff, not mechanical issues), the employees and dealership were incredibly helpful and communicative. All of the thumbs up! More
