My experience with Easterns was consistent with her treatment, now we both are happy with choosing to visit Easterns. From my first conversation with Chester and Dozie to me driving my vehicle off the lot I was treated like a customer who's business is appreciated. These gentleman were very helpful in explaining the entire process to me and I didn't have to sit there half the day waiting for financing, paperwork and all the other stuff most dealerships do to make a sale. When I'm ready for my next car, this will be my first stop. More

Hes extremely friendly easily approachable and made my car buying experience not only pain free but enjoyable and fun. I walked in expecting a base model civic or kia for what I could afford and the man worked magic I left with a extremely low mileage 2010 mazda cx7 grand touring featuring a turbo motor all wheel drive heated leather seats bose sound system back up camera premium alloy wheels loaded to the t. Did I mention its black on black fit my two kids with ease plenty of cargo room with the sport tuned engine and drivetrain which also comes in the mazdaspeed 6. I was blown away. He truly listened when I said either big or fast. I didnt walk the lot searching in the cold after a 10-15 minute discussion he already knew the vehicle that would fulfill everything I mention plus a few wouldnt it be nice side notes. He had the car pulled in the bay while I was smoking when I returned he lead me to believe wed start searching the lot. As soon as I seen the cx7 and a quick google search of reviews and all the features I asked if he was joking. 20 minutes later I left the lot with a smile ear to ear. In conclusion jason wasnt just doing his job he went above and beyond he didnt try up selling or show me the cars available he he approached me with a smile and immediately started conversing and just in casual conversation a few questions some jokes and a tall order on my end he delivered. His attention to detail and just being a genuinely good hearted person made me a customer for life. I highly recommend this man he is a true professional and has the rare quality of honesty in a salesman. I am a public servant with shall we say, "blemished" credit. I walked into the dealership anticipating the worst. I will tell you I was dead wrong. As a result, I am currently in a vehicle that meets the needs of my family, is cost effective to my family's budget, and that we are enjoying incredibly. A few years ago, I had a wonderful experience with Easterns. I purchased a Lexus 330. Because of my past experience, my first stop for a new car was Easterns. I called before I came and the salesman that knew that phone calls were just as important as walk ins, was Dozie Nwachuku. He was professional and very knowledgeable. I was interested in only a select group of cars. Many times you are put in a car you don't want. Dozie kept the lines of communication open with the finance department to get me what I wanted.
