First off, thank you for taking the time to write us a review because we always appreciate feed back negative or positive. I would first like to apologize for the experience you have had thus far and would like to try to offer some help fixing what we can and clarifying some things. Every car that we send through our recon process is inspected and given an oil change. We try to straighten all rims at our recon center before they leave. It is possible the rims could have been damaged during delivery or a test drive. I would also like to point out that it is not possible for a mechanic or shop to tell when a rim was bent. In reference to the carfax report in accuracy, this is an industry wide problem that affects us and our customers. In order for anything to be reported on a carfax report the accident or damage must be reported by a licensed insurance adjuster, therefore any damage that was repaired by the owner and not reported will result in an inaccurate carfax report. I would also like to point out that we are accredited with the BBB. Our certification of a car is something that is important and is specific to us. Regardless of these things, we are very sorry for the experience that you have had up to this point. Please contact me personally.
