Charles was very helpful. My dad and I have been here since 10am and felt like we weren’t getting anywhere to the point where I was not able to physically go to work. Charles stepped in immediately and took care of our insurance coverage problem and found us an amazing quote. Charles continued with conversation and made us laugh the rest of the day. He needs a raise because he kept up with conversation the entire time and did not rest until we walked away with a vehicle !!! Kudos to Charles !!! More
