We had a great experience with this dealership and Harry in particular. We had a few vans that we planned to see that day but at different dealerships. Easterns in Laurel turned out to be the only one we ne in particular. We had a few vans that we planned to see that day but at different dealerships. Easterns in Laurel turned out to be the only one we needed. It was easy to set up an appointment for a test drive and Harry helped us out big time by arranging the delivery another van from a Virginia based Easterns so that we didn’t have to drive all the way down there. We were grateful to be able to trade in our current car at the value that we wanted and Harry made process to finalize the purchase very simple and straightforward. Harry and the team seem to be the type of people who go the extra mile for their customers. All in all in was a positive experience. More
