I was looking to replace my Land Rover Discovery but could not decide on what to get next when my husband ran across a listing for a Lincoln Navigator that caught his eye. Dave greeted us at the door and introduced us to Alan, who took care of us while Dave finished up the financing. The Nav was waiting in front of the lounge, which we had all to ourselves. We did a test drive, arranged insurance, signed the paperwork, and were all done! Price was exactly as advertised, no crazy dealer fees, just tax and a super low processing fee. No haggling, no pressure, no stress. My husband was so impressed with the experience that he wanted to buy another car from them right then! I had very awesome experience buying my car at DCB. Alan, Sean and Dave were very professional answering all my questions and carrying out the sales process. Initially I stopped by DCB just to see what it was about. Originally I was not really in the market to buy a car, but you never know. I met Alan and got the low down on the company concept. Out on the floor was a Jag XF, I had to check it out and of course drive it. The car performed great and the price was right but I wasn’t really in the market. I thanked Alan for his time and said I’d be in touch. Two days passed and I received a follow up call from Alan. I asked if I could have the car for a few hours to have Jaguar check it out. Jaguar performed their 250 point inspection and certified the car a good buy. I returned to DCB ready to purchase the car. I thought the process was going to take an hour or two, however Dave and Sean had me back out the door in 20 minutes. To top it off, I now had two cars in the parking lot, the Benz I arrived in and the Jag I just purchased. Sean, being the nice guy that he is, agreed to follow me in the Jag back to my garage. The entire process was very stress free and everyone was very friendly. I highly recommend DCB. More

I visited this dealership sunday afternoon for a car i checked on their website, the car was in a good price and as i am getting close to buy it suddenly the gentleman from the dealership came to me say checked on their website, the car was in a good price and as i am getting close to buy it suddenly the gentleman from the dealership came to me saying that there is a gas leakage in the building, the fire fighters will be here very soon and we have to leave which was awkward because there was no alarm announced at all. He escorted us then he went back to the building we waited outside but no fire fighters showed up. He said he will call me tomorrow morning he never did , so i called him he said he will call me back and he never did. Long story short, i checked the price next morning it was around $4000 more. Came in having never heard of the dealership; so a bit skeptical. Staff was friendly and very easy to deal with. Alan was very helpful and non-pushy when we came in to look at the Audi A5. These guys are great! They got me the best deal for financing and on the price of the car. Their prices are about what you would expect to pay if you purchased from a private party (according to Edmun financing and on the price of the car. The staff was very friendly and helpful from the start and made the process very easy for me, including staying after close on New Year’s Eve to help me close the deal. I am glad that I drove the extra distance to see the vehicle that I ended up falling in love with and purchasing. They made me feel very comfortable with my purchase, beat the low rate that my credit union offered, were fair on my trade value, and offered to mail my tags to me so I wouldn’t have to drive the distance again. I saw an ad at Cars.com for 2011 Audi convertible that was too good to be true. We visited the showroom in Dulles (very impressive!). Test drove the Audi and loved it. David Babb was most helpful. This is the 7th car I've purchased and I had the best car buying experience I have ever had in my whole life with Dave and Sean at Directcarbuying.com! While shopping for a 2010 Mercedes S550 with a number of preferred specs I was having no luck and starting to get frustrated. Every time I found one in my area (Baltimore, MD) it was sold within a day or so and/or the pricing wasn't the greatest. I widened my search outside my immediate area and found this dealership. What a gem! Not only did they have the exact car I wanted with all of my preferred specs, but the no-haggle price was fair too. So glad I took the 1 1/2hour ride to Sterling, VA to do business. I completed my own finance work so on the day of purchase, my paperwork only took about 20 minutes, I handed over the check, and I was outta there! I drove away with temp VA tags but Dave sent my permanent tags and registration via FedEx. Even though I live in MD, they handled all the MVA work for me too. To top it all off, a few days after I bought my car I emailed Dave to ask about getting me the Ipod plug that wasn't in the car. In order to use my Ipod in the car I would have had to purchase my own. He could have easily told no, especially since we had already closed the deal. Rather than that, he told me not to worry and he included the plug in the package with my tags and registration. A great car, at a fair price, with wonderful customer service to boot.
