We had a super easy time purchasing a "new to us" 2023 Volkswagen ID.4 and trading in our 2011 Toyota Prius with Elite Auto Brokers. The entire process was stress free and efficient. Our salesperson Yarick answered all of our questions, really explained all the features of the car in great detail, and just generally kept in great communication with us throughout the process. John was transparent about his offer for my trade in and the final purchase agreement was easy to accept because it didn't include any hidden extras. Once we came to an agreement, Liat in the finance department helped get us through the paperwork quickly and without any additional pressure. Throughout the entire purchase process we felt it was easy and we felt well taken care of. We look forward to purchasing from them again in the future!

I called in with an Emissions System Problem; Kevin answered my call and I took my car in a few hours later. He was just amazing. It is scary when something happens to your vehicle and having someone work with you through all the details, makes everything much calmer. It was my first time at this Honda dealership, when I entered, I was taken to the service parts, met with Kevin and he helped me understand all the steps that was about to happen. I left my vehicle and he arranged transport for me to return home. Called me within 2hrs with updates and the next day my car was back. He was kind, friendly, amazing at his job and I felt I could trust him. I have had so many bad experiences and endless problems at other dealerships, but this was just the best. I had a wonderful experience at this dealership, they saved the day after a smaller local Toyota dealership in Prince Frederick, MD nearly forced me away from Toyota all together with exceptionally rude and unprofessional behavior. My salesman, Sangar and the sales manager, Ale, stepped in and made me feel valued and appreciated. They worked diligently and quickly to get me the most possible money for my trade and the best price for my 4Runner Hybrid. The whole purchase process was fast, the finance department was fantastic and I was in an out in record time! Jared Bowman was amazing to work with. Great communication and very upfront about the cars I was looking at and what to expect. I came into the dealership several times while shopping around, and Jared went above an beyond and was easily the best salesman I've worked with (including from other Mazda dealerships in the same ownership group.) The only ding on the experience is on the back of house operation. I went out of town and told the dealership I would have to receive ownership the car on the Friday after New Years. I was called by one of the managers and was told the car was ready to be picked up after the porters/service center had a whole week to prep the car and get the state inspections/emissions/CPO done. I came in to pick it up and all the sales and dealership stickers + adhesive was still all over the car and windows, empty gas tank, and the car was covered in bird crap as it was parked under trees after it went through the inspections. Needless to say, Jared and I were both quite upset. Jared made it right by jumping the car to the front of the line and got the car filled up, cleaned, and ready for me in under 30 minutes. I would still recommend this dealership. Was by far the least stressful experience I've had car buying.
