Deon is as great! Did everything possible to get me at the down payment I wanted, was very communicative, and got back to me quickly every time I reached out. If you’re wanting a sales person who is knowledgeable, able to answer your questions, and help you make an informed decisions, do not ask for Elie. Though he did not pressure me into making any decisions, able to answer your questions, and help you make an informed decisions, do not ask for Elie. Though he did not pressure me into making any decisions, he was very unhelpful with the buying and decision making process. He was not able to speak any knowledge about my vehicle of interest. Any questions I had, he would say “Im not sure” and would have to go ask someone else and get back to me, making the process extremely long and nerve racking. If purchasing from Elie, definitely come with your own thorough knowledge and understanding about cars and the vehicle you’re interested in because all Elie will do for you is point you to the vehicle, open the doors, and ride passenger on the test drive. He was not able to speak to the quality or functions of the vehicle what so ever. I had to google information about the vehicle while I was in his presence. Though I did purchase the vehicle, he did not “sell” me on the vehicle at all. It didn’t feel like he really needed to be there, the only purpose he served was someone to watch me as I examined the vehicle and to disappear to find out answers to basic questions from other members of his team. He’s just a face and body to show you the car, but don’t expect to gain any knowledge, understanding or comfort regarding the specific vehicle or vehicle history from him. There is a noticeable lack of effort on his end. Expect to know everything/ do everything yourself while he collects commission on your sale. And if you need to leave your new vehicle there for services after purchase, he will make false promises to communicate with you regarding status updates. He will not reach out to you in the time frame that he said he would, he’ll read but not respond to your messages, and he will not be able to provide the updates you need in a timely fashion. The dealer at the time of sale agreed to do rust maintenance/protection on my new vehicle prior me taking it home. I purchased the vehicle and left it there with word from my salesman Elie that the he would call me the next day to update me on an estimated time for which the vehicle would be worked on and completed. I was not called the next day as promised and it took several calls over several days on my part to finally get an answer. Elie read and ignored my first message to him asking for an update and did not get back to me when he said he would. He told me 3 times that he has reached out to the shop on my behalf and informed me that the shop had no answers for him to give me regarding an estimated time for which my vehicle would be worked on, blaming the shop for nearly a week as the one’s not doing their part . I was left with the impression that no one in the shop was working on my vehicle or even aware that it was to be worked on/ when they could start on it. I finally asked to speak to the sales manager after 3 attempts over 4 days to get answers from Elie. The manager was able to inform me within only minutes that my car had actually already been worked on and would be ready next day. I was thrilled and also baffled. I can’t wrap my head around how one employee is telling me they can’t get answers to when the vehicle will be worked on from the shop after several days of asking, while another employee is able to tell me the vehicle has actually already been worked on and it only took him minutes to find an answer after me asking. Seems to me Elie was not actually pursuing the shop for an estimated time like he was telling me he was or actually putting in effort to get an answer. According to the manager, on the same day Elie was telling me the shop didn’t have answers for him as to when it will be work on, the shop was currently in the process of working on the vehicle. The vehicle is being worked on and Elie is telling me “the shop doesn’t know when they’ll be able to work on your vehicle”. Elie made it very unsettling, not knowing for days when I could get my purchased car More
