My first time purchasing a vehicle and it was the worst experience ever. The car is falling apart, they could care less- not attentive, just dismissive and evasive. I filled it up, they came to pick it up the next day for "inspection", and returned it to me with NO GAS again, I feel like they didn't even inspect the car, just mildly cleaned it. I spoke to the salesman, he told me to come in and speak to ALI. I waited 45 minutes before I realized the two people I checked in with, didn't even tell him I was here- THEY WERE STANDING RIGHT NEXT TO HIM!!!!! They're rude and disrespectful over the phone, and super dismissive. They make you feel as if you're on your own after selling you the car along with a dream. The car doesn't even function properly. The axel is DESTROYED, the air filter stinks, the 4WD needs service, and they owe me TWO TANKS OF GAS!!! They are horrible and offensive. I am beyond frustrated with them. DO NOT BUY FROM EASTERN MOTORS!!! Go elsewhere, save yourself the trouble, do yourself a favor. More

I asked to have valve stem caps installed, and they were not. I asked if the tires had nitrogen in them, and never got an answer.
